i am currently using a partime maid from firstcare agency. I must say they are quite professional and offer good maids.

Must pay a agency fee which i cannot remember how much. They will change the maid up to 3 times for you if u are dissatisfied. Before i engaged their service, I spoken to the boss about my expectations on the whole housecleaning. He took my words seriously and match me a part time maid. Also shown me her ID for verification. This maid used to work in hotel before, so she knows her work well and always finish ALL the work i gave her on time, no matter how much clothes need to be ironed. As far, i must say quite satisfied with her work and she is the 1st maid offer tome by the company, so i guess the "matching" part to your expectation is good.

I got the part time maid from www.firstcare.com.sg. pay one time agent fee upfront, unlimited change of maid in 1st 3mths if you not happy with the assigned maid. after 1st 3mths, can change onetime in the next 9mths. i am quite happy with my current (also the first) maid. sometimes she exceed 3hrs but didn't want extra that i pay her. my colleague also got her part time from this same agent, also very good..

my PT maid (that i got from firstcare) is staying at Ajunied. maybe i can ask her if she want to go your place to work? she is quite good. I've seen her IC and i don't think she mind to show it to u. she is Malaysian age 45+- married Singaporean. if she is ok, then u don't have to pay the agent fee lor.. let me know if u are interested, i can check w her..

My cleaner is from Firstcare agency. Very good and experienced. Have been working with me for 2 yrs plus. You can try Firstcare, not bad.

How do we cope without a maid? We hire a part-time housekeeper whom we source through FirstCare agency (www.firstcare.com.sg). She comes in once a week for 4 hours to do the housekeeping chores like ironing,vacuuming, mopping, washing toilets, wiping table/kitchen tops, windows cleaning, etc etc. My current helper is very good and trustworthy so we pass her our house key and let her do it on weekdays when we go for work.

I have at home somebody from firstcare agency for about 1 year now and I am very happy with her. She is a good worker, serious,honest.

I'm using FirstCare agency's service. I have 3 dogs, 1 cat, 2 chinchillas, and 1 parrot, so the house is always kinda messy, alot of hair shredding. The lady they sent over had been with me for 5mths already, and she is very good. Very fast at her work. She vaccums and mop the apartment (2storeys), clean all the furniture, clean 3 bathrooms, all in 4 hrs. Very nice lady and experienced, so no complaint from me at all. I don;t know what I am gonna do without her

hey, i also used firstcare agency to get my cleaners! they allow unlimited changes during the first three months, after that, can't remember. this is my second one already. she's satisfactory but can't rave about her. after all, these are "aunties" and their standards vary so hope you find a good one!

Am using a part time cleaner now from the Firstcare Agency.They charge an admin fee (good for 3 replacements within first 6 months). The cleaners they use are either Singaporean or PRs, no ladies from other countries. You still keen on getting a part timer cleaner?

my p/t maid is from firstcare agency. tel: 64648466. once a week, min. 4hrs, but sometimes aunty only work 2hrs then nothing to do already.she's ok with it. having a p/t maid really helps to keep our house clean, only draw back is every sat we ve to wake up early cos she comes at 8plus.

as for my part-time help, I think I paid the agency (www.firstcare.com.sg) a one-time agency fee (could have been a bit more, can't recall the amt sorry) and they sent someone over and provided one FOC replacement if you got unhappy with the housekeepers - in my case, the first one was fine, but we needed to have her come in on fridays, and the first one wasn't able to, so the agency brought the second one who's been with us since. the rates and FAQ are on the website - think they have increased the rates a bit since i used them.

So far I have been using the current helper for 7months. Quite clean but as with all helpers, need to consistently monitor and motivate them else they may slack abit.
